Olive oil bottle lamp

Made this lamp over the weekend.I had a lamp shade and a used bottle lying around in the house. Drilled a hole in the bottle with a glass drill bit for the electrical wiring.After drilling a lot of holes in used bottles and ceramics ,I can surely call myself an ‘expert’ at drilling holes .Dumped a bag of marbles into the bottle and viola!!

Here’s another lamp , I’m working on .This one will be hanging from the ceiling.Its made from discarded stuff lying around the house.A wine bottle, a rusty old chain and other stuff .Cutting the bottle is another ball game.After a quick trip to the hardware market , I scored a drill bit that can cut through glass and metal.I ll be posting pictures of this lamp when its installed.
